Refund Policy

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your report, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

Our 14-day refund policy applies to the following purchases:

  • One-time reports — Personal (Form 1040) and Business (Form 1065/1120-S) penalty reports
  • PDF report downloads — Any paid downloadable report

For API subscription plans, see "API Subscriptions" below.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@ustaxpenaltysaver.com with the following information:

  • Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been issued.

4. API Subscriptions

API subscription plans (Pro Developer Plan, Enterprise) operate on a recurring billing cycle:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain access to the API until the end of the period you have already paid for
  • Partial-month refunds are not provided for subscription cancellations

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the API, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it or provide a credit toward future billing.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and account restrictions.
